2.Pre-Order - the item we might request manufacturer to produce after order or the item we might wait for import shiment.

This is to recover the product which might get damage during the delivery cause by courier poor handling or manufacturing defect on 1st use. For the branded product, customer is purchase from authorised seller - keyogenshop, there shall be no problem to claim warranty from brand service centre if after 7 day but within warranty period.
